Crashing to desktop. (Already tried the main thread about it)

Ok, so I have the retail version of the Sims 3, and also have University installed, which was downloaded from Games4theWorld.
I followed the instructions correctly, and applied the Ultimatefix. However, I keep crashing in game at random intervals.

This is what it says every time I crash, and it is getting quite irritating. Can anyone help me out with this?
