Even if they are up-to-date, it is theoretically possible that there are some conflicts between them (which Delphy's Dashboard can't show). For example, while you can have one mod installed, you can't have certain others, even if they all are "up-to-date". Or you can only have a certain mod installed (example: NRAAS MasterController Progression) when you at the same time have a certain other mod installed too (here it's NRAAS Story Progression).

I'm sure you get the idea. But again, unless you show us another screenshot where you can see the (unmerged) ".packages" all separately, it is up to you to make sure there are no conflicts with your mods Wink. Please, always read the instructions of your mods/CC very carefully. To make it even easier for you, for a start here is this: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/State+of+the+Mod

Please read up on that site regularly for updates on NRAAS mods. Smile

Other than that, please go on with renaming "The Sims 3"-folder like I explained to you above.

I know that my mods are not conflicting because my game has ran like it should with the same exact mods.

Alright, then.

Before you rename "The Sims 3" folder, you can try switching your household (I think that can be done in "edit town" mode) and play with another family.

But I'm afraid I have now said everything I know about this problem. No
