Sims 3 has stopped working

Okay, I followed all of the steps to download the Sims 3. I am trying to run Sims 3 with the expansions (Generations, Supernatural, University) I have downloaded the manual patch 1.50 and the fix. The fix guide said i had to let it update but the launcher would not work(there was an error during startup) I use the TS3w.exe and the game does not start at all i get a message saying (Sims3 has stopped working) I have ran it in administrator and i have allowed all the .exe files in the (DEP) advanced system settings. Also i try running it using TS3.exe and it does nothing at all no message just a brief mouse load animation then nothing. I hope it is no trouble i have tried the fix and all the steps.
Please help.

(UPDATE) I have the right update downloaded i used the manual patch. I use the right crack which is located in (# crack) But when run the cracked exe(yes i did replace correctly) TS3.exe still does nothing and the TS3W.exe now says "can not start game... Service initialize failed(0x0175dcbb) I did the advanced system stuff and unblocked the .exe.

Please do a CLEAN un-install of all your Sims 3 games; for a start you could follow these guidelines here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall

After un-installing, you may restart your computer, and then go on re-installing everything.

By the way, I suggest you delete the registry keys manually, instead of using the "CCleaner" or similar tools.

I know this will take some time, but you should give it a try.

Thank you very much. I did what you said but i thought about the registry keys so i went straight to doing that before uninstalling and it fixed it with no uninstall needed. Thank you for the reply tho.
