Ok sorry, I saw GameBooster but not FPS Limiter...
Anyways the link I just gave you is about Core usage. Make sure you use all your processors like written...

Just a small thought: did you try to defragment your hard-drive already ?

You can also open the "start" menu (hit the start/Windows key on your keyboard), then go to "Run". Inside the prompt, type chkdsk. After that, the program will check your drive for any errors.

Well, I did it now, but it justed started... wrote something... and closed. What about I copy the Whole The Sims + All DLCs on a SSD disk... Or I have to install it? If so... then i won't download it again Sad

Well.. I have my C Disk fragmented just 9%... the D and E disk are on 0%.
PS: The Sims + All DLCs are on the D Disk... ( C - SSD, D & E - HDD)
Please, I really appreciate any help, just post anything if you think it will help WhatDidUJustCallMe?

Well, after tries and tries to figure it out... I found a mod called ErrorTrap... I have installed it ... And now, when i try to start it ... it crashes with an error in the directory : C/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/ I have got there some scriptErrors and some .xcpt and .txt files... Any help?? (It crashes when i choose a city to live in and then start it, when its loading)

//EDIT

Seems like noone knows a fix on it .. sad... close the topic

First of all, there is no need to 'bump' topics. Please, if you want to add something, then use the "edit" button on your post. We "Helpers" try to be online as much as we can. We can't be online all the time.

Back to your problem: is your "D" drive an external drive ? If it's external, you're not supposed to install games on external drives, because of performance issues. If not, then SSD drives still tend to be faster than HDD ones; but I'm not sure if the difference is so big, that it can cause such severe lagging.

Try to make space on your SDD drive to re-install the games later on. Copying the Sims 3 installation to another place won't help you, because Windows installations need registry entries. If you un-install The Sims 3 you will also delete the registry - and if you just copy the installation folders back to their places, it won't help you - because you need registry entries; the only way is a proper installation, I'm afraid.

If you really have to un-install everything, then remember for the future to NEVER delete the games that you download. Why ? Because if something bad happens (game corruption, damaged computer, etc.) then you won't have to download them again. If you download games or any software, back it all up to a safe place like an external hard-drive.

To conclude, I'm afraid I and Shamrock have said all we know. As far as I'm concerned, I'm sorry I couldn't give you an "easier" solution than to re-download everything.
