Hello,

Is it acutally very normal to load a neighbourhood for long in The Sims 3. The loading time depends on how good your graphic driver is. Can you tell me how long you have been waiting for a world to be loaded?

Hello,

That's actually quite satisfactory. However, if you are not satisfied with this, you can try this fix and this fix. You can also try this as well. If these don't work, try clearing the following caches in C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3:

-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"

I should add to this that a crucial factor in the loading time is the size/complexity of the homeworld your playing in, and also the size of your house and the number of sims in the game.
