dont try to play on ultimate fix crack. its for manual update only. use the one from into the future install from g4tw. ultimate fix crack is for the update to recognise the game as uncracked

charmedboy1689, it won't work. I don't see any problems running the crack you have just applied. I and many players can play the game, override the launcher by running TS3W.exe without an issue.

Do you have still have the error, Aplc? Please let me know if you do, and I will host a Teamviewer session with you to help you fix it.

but it might be that he uses the fix crack. he can atleast try the real crack first. and yes my next tip would be to use TS3EP11  file to skip using launcher

I will get back to you on whether it works or not, I tried running it through the TS3EP11, it came up with an error window telling me I could not run the game. I am reinstalling it as we speak to try again.

After uninstallation, make sure you have cleared all the registry keys mentioned here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall before proceeding to installation.

Re: Insert Disk issues

Okay, the game is installed and updated.
After the setup had finished I copied the into the future #crack into C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
After I did that I downloaded the ultimate fix, unzipped it using 7zip and then copied the ultimate fix #crack into the same area as the into the future crack.
I got the launcher up and it told me to insert a disc, I then tried using TS3EP11 and it still did not work.

I don't know what else to do with your problem except using Teamviewer to check out your problem.

Download and install Teamviewer here: www.teamviewer.com.

Give me your ID and password of Teamviewer via private message.

Teamviewer grants me temporary control over your computer, but I will only try fixing your problem.

Hello,

No need to install it, just download it here: http://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
It's better to do this via the Chatbox though, so please join the Chatbox when you see either one of us online on the Forum.

Re: Insert Disk issues

Post by Aplc on Tue 29 Oct 2013, 16:12

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled all of my sims games from theirs disks. I have then installed the sims games into the future and island paradise from here.
I can now access the sims 3 by going throught TS3EP11 but it tells me to insert a disk still when I get to the main menu, whereas before i could not access the game what so ever. Is there any suggestions on anything I can do to solve this?

Please try and launch the game from the TS3W.exe file within the base game folder.
Otherwise, you might be interested in the No-CD Mod from Nraas...
