Help me PLEASE!

Hi,
My name is Maya and I need your help.
I installed in to the future and updated the game and used the ultimate fix
but when I start the game from the launcher I get black screen and the game crush (no error msg)
so I read here to try the ultimat fix again (the new one) and again same problem.
I uninstalled in to the future, reinstalled, ultimate fix... same problem
uninstalled ALL games, reinstalled read all the instractions, updated the game, ultimate fix and again... same problem
I deleted all the cache file but still same problem.
I don't know what to do...
I should say that the game worked fine before in to the future, and some of the games I insalled from Origin - if it matters
Please Help me...

First of all, was the base game downloaded and installed via Origin?

Second, when did you download the Ultimate Fix? Yours might be obselete since there was a problem with the link.

Hello,

No, you can mix Origin and torrent games just fine.
Try backing up and removing this folder completely, just to be sure: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\

the base game is from CD (original)
and I used the latest ultimate fix (today)


I removed the folder... same problem

but now the game crush when I'm in the CAS 
do you know why?

Can you do it the last time: rename the folder C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and restart the game.

If that doesn't help, I am afraid the problem is either on the installation/computer specifications.

I did that... still the game crushes when I'm in CAS...
the Game worked fine before Into the Futrue.
