Okay so I want to download the Sim 3 expansions. Most if not all. But I have The base game, ambitions, and master suite registered and legal on disc. So what should I install first? I just really don't want to mess anything up.

If you have installed the base game and update using the manual patch mentioned in the guide, you don't need to care the order of the expansions installed. You can install in whatever order you want (digital or disc, either way your game will be fine).

You should install the base game FIRST (like in the link that cat2006house posted). The rest doesn't matter.
