Post by friendlyfi on Mon 17 Mar 2014, 12:02

Hi a,, just got my pc fixed and re-installed sims3 so had to update all the #Twallans mods (unplayable without) but now when i go to town view every single sim in my town has a bubble so i know where everyone is how much they earn what job they do etc, this is really annoying as there are so many i struggle to find the buildings i am looking for, does anyone know what mod does this and how to change it so i dont get sim details please, i have a few  of the mods and tried finding which one  it is but so far after 3 days still failed Sad, thanks in advance  Fi

Hello,

The previous poster presumably wants to say that this is not a "bug" at all, and indeed, this is what happens when you install NRAAS_Story progression. Since my experience with that mod is limited, I can't tell whether this can be turned off. And indeed, read up on the link that the previous poster linked to.

I don't use that mod because I don't really find it appealing, and besides, it chews up even more system resources, which can especially be felt in low(er)-end computers. While my desktop machine can run all EPs/SPs on high settings, my game lags a little with that mod. Laughing  So I took it out.

I was to lazy to write this before, so I'll do it now. You can turn them off.

"By default map tags for all sims are enabled. If you wish to limit the extent of the tagging system use the "Options: Sims \ Show Map Tags" option".
