Sims 4 PC Crash

Post by lordnathanial on Sat 01 Nov 2014, 15:31

Since I installed the game every other time or so when I boot my machine up and play it will just freeze and I have to hard reboot. Ideas? I was thinking simply uninstalling and reinstalling. Or perhaps wiping my machine and installing. Curious if anyone else has similar issues.

Thanks

Hi there! Smile

Please, take a look at this post and follow the same instructions written there:

After that, let us know if the crashes stop. Good luck!

Hello,

In addition, when you select "windowed mode" in the graphics options (in-game menu), you can close the game more easily, by just clicking on the "X", in the top right corner of the game window. Note that after you select "windowed mode", you must re-start the game for the changes to take effect.

Keep us posted ! Smile
