Office Toolkit issue

Office Toolkit issue

I had Office 2013 working fine on my Surface Pro 64 bit running W8.1.  Now it says it needs activation. 
I have run the toolkit v2.5.2 and then 2.5.1 over and over on EZ-Activator abd Activate buttons.  On EZ-Activator the progress bar goes then I get:

Attempting To Activate Microsoft Office
Attempting To Activate OfficeProPlusVL_KMS_Client

then nothing happens...no errors and nothing else happens.  Office is still not activated.

I've searched the sight and looked at all the other issues and have tried everything suggested.

In summary, I have....
Rearmed Office
Removed all Tap Adapters
Run in admin mode
Run with Auto KMS mode
Run with KMS Server Mode
Run with EZ-Activator
Run with Activate button.  When that runs, I get this message...

Again, no error message but the activator stops running.

Please help.

Oh...and anitvirus is off.

Have you tried running the activator as Administrator ? Right-click on the activator and choose "run as Administrator".

Ah yes, I overlooked that, sorry. Is there an option called "re-arm" ? Can you use that first, and then try to re-activate ?

Try this too please:

1. Choose "KMS Server Service" from the "Tool" dropdown menu.
2. Click "Install".
3. Click "EZ-Activator".
