How to apply the The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix (Instruction video)

Hello The Sims 3 fans!
Seen the fact that people are often having problems applying the Ultimate Fix for The Sims 3, I decided - as promised - to make a instruction video, which should make things a lot easier.
I've posted the video on Youtube. Be sure to watch it in full HD (1080p) for best view and less complaints.
You can pause the video if it all goes to quick and just watch / read VERY CAREFULLY, as usual. Anyhow, have fun and please let me know if you still have got any more problems!

comfirmed on EA sims offical forums!
problem occurs after some windows updates!
- using the DEP is the solution!
is a know OS security problem and you can found at EA forum since 10/10/2010

Missing some fixes, such as Generations or etc... I'm not sure if those are needed or not.
