Sims 4 wont work! Help???

Sims 4 wont work! Help???

Hey I just downloaded and installed The sims 4, when I got to open the application a thing pops up saying 'Fatal error' >The dynamic libary "rld.dll" failed to initialize (E1104)< what does this mean cause I found that application in the folder but what do I do to fix this problem?

Please, take a look at this post here:

Follow the instructions very carefully. You should also make sure that you installed the vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe that can be found at Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist. If they are already installed, then try Repairing them.
