Gallery stopped working?

Gallery stopped working?

Hi, 

Suddenly I'm unable to log into the online gallery, getting a "Sims 4 must be registered to your origin account to access online features"
This has been working fine up until today, I've tried creating a new Origin account, the correct username is appearing in Sims4.

Any Ideas?
Is this still working for anyone, or has some new checks been implemented?

Could you please upload an screenshot of the error, if you don't mind?

And have you tried downloading the CAS Demo and entering the Gallery there, with the same account? Then, try entering the Gallery in the main game. See here for more details:

Got it working They see me rolin'

Problem seems to have been Origin starting in the account of another user logged on in the background. Strange error message though.

I'm sorry; can you elaborate more on this ? Who logged into what exactly ? Smile  Do you mean another user logged into the same Origin account at the same time ?
