Gallery problem

Gallery problem

Hi guys i follow your guide for connect to the gallery with Origins. Well i do everything until the step when i need to open the Origins and in the sims play connect but when i do this they say: Unable to Log: To access the online features must have The Sims 4 registered on your account Origins. So i dont know what more i need to do.
-I never have the CAS Demo installed
-The gallery offline have my nickname (Pryda17)
-My antivirus is OFF, and i made the firewall thing for the sims 4 and origins .exe
So plz Help Help

I have the exast same problem, I was thinking about creating a new thread but since our situation is similar down to the last bit, I hope someone would help us and we both follow the advice.

Thank you for all you do. But I am having the same trouble as above. I have been playing the game ok until last month. Any help I would be greatful.

Hello @Kirbin17, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! Very Happy

You should try downloading the CAS Demo, going to the Gallery there with the account you are using, and then try going Online in the complete game. That seems to fix the problem for most people.

You should have created a new topic for your issue, as it's easier to track the progress of each of you if you all have different topics. Anyway, meanwhile also try downloading the CAS Demo and doing the exact same thing. Good luck to you too!

omg.. this website is the best!
I've never been able to make my simsgames work that fast en complete without bugs or missing parts. You guys are the best!

It might already be enough if you just add that demo to your Origin library (without actually downloading + installing it). At least that's the case with me, and I have no issues connecting to the gallery. Very Happy
