Please update your game via origin to play (Help)

"Unable to start" 

"The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the Sims 4
and cannot be loaded..please update your game via Origin to play"

How do I solved this problem @ Carlos 
P.s I do not have anti virus on at all.. I get this message when I apply the ultimate fix with the
outdoor retreat pack..

You need to make sure you delete the sims 4 folder in the documents section. Go to my documents then electronic arts and you should see it there.

That - most likely - won't be a good option though if you have savefiles with sims that you would like to play with. Usually, this issue is fixed by making sure the anti-virus program(s) do not mess with the game installation and Ultimate fix. And then you would ALSO need to re-apply the fix (possibly at first re-downloading the fix, though).


Of course, if you don't have any precious savefiles, then this is a solution, yes.

If you did not correctly configure your anti-virus program(s), you won't have fn with the game for too long. Please read this here, if you haven't domne so already, to avoid issues like that in the future:
