Hi there, @hungry.eyes, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! Very Happy

What is happening is that the crack either wasn't correctly applied or it was removed by your antivirus. What exactly do you have installed? Base game plus Get to Work? And have you already applied the Ultimate Fix? You can download it here:
http://games4theworld.bestgoo.com/t18086-the-sims-4-ultimate-fix

Please, apply it and make sure that you follow the instructions correctly, and that you add the locations necessary to the exceptions list of your antivirus (game install location and where you are downloading the Ultimate Fix). Please, let us know how it goes. Good luck! I tip my fedora.

Sorry for the late reply, but see this here:

Ignore the part about avast (unless you yourself have avast, too), and focus on the parts about Windows Defender and the Windows firewall.   And as for your main anti-virus program, if you have such, you'll need to figure out how to configure the exclusions properly. I suggest you add the location C:\Program files(x86)\ to the exclusions then.

After that, please re-extract the contents from the .RARs that you downloaded, and re-apply the Ultimate fix. A torrent version of the new fix can be found here:
http://games4theworld.bestgoo.com/t21059-the-sims-4-spa-day-cool-kitchen-stuff-games4theworld-version-thanks-to-carlos-new-torrent

Follow the included instructions very carefully, also the one about moving the install folder of The Sims 4 elsewhere. ALSO very important, delete all your old shortcuts to TS4 on the desktop. Navigate to the new install location - again, that's C:\Program files(x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin - right-click on the TS4.exe, and select "send to -> Desktop (create shortcut)".

Now start the game again (from the new shortcut you made), and see if it works. Good luck !

P.S. if you feel you cannot configure your anti-virus properly, consider uninstalling it,a nd tehn re-booting the computer. Then boot up, and try Sims 4 again.
