Maybe you need to update your video card drivers and, when you run the game, right click it and select the option to run the game with the good video card (dedicated) instead of the on board one.

Otherwise, it may be a glitch that you might try fixing by renaming your The Sims 4 folder inside your Documents to something else and playing a new game to see if it changes anything (you can rename the old folder back etc if you need after).

I renaming my Sims4 in documents folder and play new game. And so everything is ok , no more whiteness and the land is green as how it should be. Does this mean that some of the cc creates problem ?

Probably some CC as you say, or perhaps a corrupted save. You can restore your files slowly and try a bunch of them per time, to see what works and what breaks your game.

Glad the problem is in that folder, it'll be much easier to fix than if it was somewhere else Wink

Happy simming!!
