While I was running setup, it asked me to place a location for the next disk "pirates and nobles.ico"...not sure what that means but when I installed the base game, I used my own purchased disc.

Please use WinRAR then. Smile  Using a different extraction program can (and usually does) lead to data corruption at the end. You can get WinRAR 5.21 from this site here (installation instructions are included):

Good luck again !

Well, the file is already extracted. Do I just uninstall 7zip and re-download Pirates and Nobles then?

//EDIT

Does it matter that when I installed the base game, I used my own purchased disc?

You don't need to uninstall 7-zip, as it might come handy if you want to extract files with the .7z file format. Games4theworld though uses .RAR files. And if you don't have the original .RAR download file anymore, you should indeed re-download the game. For the future, it is advised to not delete .RAR files until you successfully installed the program/game. Smile  And you should not remove the download in your torrent client either; after downloading, just let the torrent run on "seeding", at least for the time being until you successfully installed the thing.

And no, the fact that your base game is based on a disc doesn't matter.

I couldn't figure any of it out. And after I downloaded a few other games, Windows notified me that it had found malware, so I just deleted the torrents, and everything associated with it. Thanks for the support guys.

Hello again,

Sorry to hear about that. As far as Games4theworld's torrents are concerned, they are safe to use. Any "problems" that can come up are so-called false positives; meaning false detections, by either Windows or third-party anti-virus systems. If you really want to use pirated games, you need to be aware that in almost all cases you will be confronted with these things, but that does not mean that there are virusses or malware in the torrent(s). Or at least, not necessarily.

If you want to give it another try in the future, we'll be here and trying to help you. I'll leave this topic open for the time being.
