Screen Glitch. [SOLVED]

I was able to play the Sims 4 previously before I had installed the Get Together expansion pack, I had followed the whole installation guide posted on the forum and yet nothing seems to work! And so I had decided to re-install Sims 4  without any expansions but the problem still occurs, this had never happened before. So, I have no idea what is causing this Screen glitch. PLEASE HELP! Why God.

Hello and welcome to the forum @Bubbieuber,

Press the Windows key + R on your computer. In the small window that comes up, type dxdiag and hit enter. In the other, bigger window that will come up, please open the tab named DISPLAY, and try making a screenshot of the entire tab. It must be the tab named Display. Smile

Depending on what is shown there, we will see what can be done. Good luck for now !

Hello again,

If your driver update came along with a CD or DVD, that may already be outdated. Instead, have a look at this here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81502/Intel-HD-Graphics-2000-for-2nd-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors

And download the newer driver(s). The one at the very top of the list, that says "Date 24-06-2015", look good, so you may want to give that a try. Good luck !
