Licence limit reached

Post by lixbandicoot on Sun 31 Jan 2016, 20:47

Hey guys,
the past few weeks I've tried to install the Sims 3 from gftw, and I think I did e everything to make the game work.
I read the installation guides (they are veeery helpfull)
But everytime, there's a new problem.
I installed/downloaded the ultimate fix, i tried to delete the whole game using revo (that fixed my first problem).
And now, when the game installed, and I press the play button, a white text thingy comes up, saying
that i have reached my licence limit.
I'm out of ideas, I did everything I could.. So I reaaally hope you guys can help me out here.. I think i read something about downloading a newer version, but i can't finf that topic anymore..
Thanks already! Grtz, Lisa
(hope i explained good, cause my english is not 100% Smile )

Hello,

Welcome to the forum.
It sounds like you forgot to copy the crack, can you copy the crack, and replace the files in the destination folder?

Just a small thing to add (although I guess you already figured it out):

In addition to the base game, you also need to have at least one (1) of the other expansions or stuffpacks to be installed, for the Ultimate fix to work. Good luck !
