Same problem !

I am having the same crash to desktop where it says the sims has stopped working! I have tried everything under the sun including stripping all my graphics drivers and reinstalling them, reinstalling windows 10, updating all game and drivers, I even spoke with EA and NVIDIA about everything. nobody has a solution and my game still crashes. I believe it's on The Sims' side. They have some glitch with Windows 10 but they will never admit that it is there fault. They wanted to blame everything else on my PC but their game. For some reason the faulty module says it's related to my GPU but I have no other problems with anything else. and I've done everything to fix it. I can run The Division and other games and all Adobe CC and CS6 programs just fine. I can also run everything at ultra with no problems. I really think this is a Sims issue and it's getting really annoying!! unless someone else has any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Hello and sorry for the late reply,

I separated your post from the other thread. I have not been posting much about The Sims 4 lately. Have you checked the possible solutions here ?

Unfortunately, having a high(er)-end PC doesn't have to mean you will be able to run The Sims games properly. That was already a common problem in earlier Sims titles, but it's interesting to see that not much has changed since then.

Did you keep the install order as follows though ?

1) TS4 Base game
2) Get to Work
3) Get together
4) "Hotfix" (see this topic)
