Hello,

Don't use a third-party frame limiter though. See if you can activate vertical synchronization from within your graphics card control panel:

That would be the way to go. If you already did that, I'm unsure; try lowering some graphics settings and see if it makes a difference.

Hello,

Did you check for any new driver updates?
That's always a good idea, in addition to what Carlos has already suggested.

Hello,

Ok good.
Does your card meet the minimum requirements for all the EP's you have installed?

Try using GameBooster. Read up on the guide here, if you are unfamiliar with the software:
http://dl.razerzone.com/master-guides/RazerGameBooster/GameBoosterOMG-ENG.pdf

Try lowering some (or all) graphics settings in the options menu too, and see how it goes. Also, how many GB of RAM does your computer have ? And is your Windows a 32-bit or 64-bit version ?

Hello,

Still, TS3 is a weird game. Some cards won't display properly, no matter which other games you do manage to run on your system.

Download the 4GB patch then (if you have at least 4GB of RAM and a 64-bit Windows).
http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php

Extract the file from the .zip (you can use WinRAR). And then double-click on the 4gb_patch.exe. When prompted, navigate to C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. And apply the patch to the TS3W.exe.

See if that improves your gameplay in any way.
