Hello,

Are they downloaded Sims? Please try re-downloading them and if they are in some kind of .rar or .zip folder, extract them first!

Hello,

Install them inside the game? You mean installing them via the launcher, right?

Hello,
Are these sims3pack?
You'll have to put them in this folder first: C:\Documents and Settings\yourpc\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, then into the launcher and install them.
Having said that, I know that downloaded Sims are buggy, they have issues much more often than any other object you could download. That's why I never download Sims.

Hello,
Is it possible that your cc isn't compatible with the latest game version? You could read more about that here.
However, its also possible that your downloadsfolder is bugged, try this solution.

Hello,
I can try but I have to be honest with you. I have never used Teamviewer before and I have no idea if I could even do it because of the language you installed it in.
But, I can tell you that imported Sims often have issues. I have never used imported Sims myself because they are so buggy. They are often created by people who are using mods to make their Sims look more beautiful.
How about the objects you downloaded, are they working or are they giving the same issues?
What I'd like you to try is, uninstall and remove everything from the launcher and the folder and try installing the objects only. If they install fine, you can start adding your downloaded Sims one by one, maybe there's just one that's messing up the install process for you.

Hello,
No uninstall them with your launcher, then remove the downloads but don't delete them! Simply move them to for example a temporary folder on your desktop.

Hello,
If its just the downloaded Sims that wont work, you could consider creating your own Sims.
How about the other objects? Are none of them working?

Hello,
You only need to crack your latest expansion. I've never tried importing clothes and accessories myself so I've not experienced any issues.
Perhaps you could try converting the sims3pack files to .package files, or try a multi installer, which can be found here.

Hello,
Ok I understand. Where are you getting these from?
This is a direct link to the multi installer I mentioned.
This page might also prove helpful.
You have to know that I'm moving to a new apartment tomorrow and I don't have internet yet, so I may not be able to send replies for a while after today.
