Guys, I had the same problem: I've had the game for quite a while, today I downloaded the Vampires and Toddlers update from Reloaded, installed and got the endless loading bug. So I just uninstalled the game, reinstalled Reloaded's City Living Internal, added the update (again from Reloaded), then used Tarac's crack and somehow that fixed the problem - my old household loaded perfectly fine, I have toddlers and vampires now. Never tried using any ZLOrigins or whatever.

So, everyone who has endless load screens - simply try reinstalling the game, it might help.

I have the same problem. Never used the other method, I was going to wait for a proper crack, like the previous ones. So I just have the G4TW version of City Living, then added the Reloaded update for Vampires and Toddlers. I'm stuck at the loading screen of the household, like everyone else. Sad
I added the entire folder to the exception list of both Wndows Defender and my antivirus.

Wow, it got worse. Now my game freezes at the "The sims 4" loading screen.
I'll try what quackquack did. I'm downloading now Reloaded's City Living Internal and I'll give it a try.
Where I can find Tarac's crack?

That's the old one upto and incl. City Living.
She has just released a new repack that also includes toddlers, vampires and bowling.
I am downloading it now, goes pretty fast, many seeders.

God. I installed Reloaded's City Living Internal, I put in the update and the crack, but now it requires Origin! If I click on TS4_x64, an update for Origin starts.
I put the City Living crack before adding the new one. Why is it doing like this?!

Try uninstalling Origin then applying the crack, also make sure your antivirus didn't automatically quarantine the crack files; check your av's quarantine list/history.

I think something went wrong somehow when I transfered the crack files, because I did it again and then it worked, lol.
Anyway, with City Living Internal and then the Skidrow update + crack, now it works just fine.  Carlos is tha man No more never ending loading screen.

So I found Skidrow's City Living Internal (and I assume that's where the crack is from), is Skidrow's update the Vampire Update V1.29.69.1020? Which means I have to download everything again right (because i'm using GT4W's versions of Sims 4)?

And @Dyalasa

1. Download Skidrow's City Living Internal (you cannot mix downloads and cracks either all Skidrow or all G4TW) and install The Sims 4 to c:/ProgramFiles
2. Apply the crack that can be found inside the unRARed CL folder (place in C:/Programfiles/The Sims 4/Game/Bin)
3. Download Skidrow's Vamps, Todds and Bowling and install the update into the C:/ProgramFiles/The Sims 4
4. Apply the crack (place in C:/Programfiles/The Sims 4/Game/Bin)

*If you get the "data directory" error like I did, go to C:/Users/(Your username)/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/ and delete the GameVersion.txt file

Hopefully this helps as this worked for me!

Is it from G4TW or any place other than Skidrow? If it is, then no. Skidrow's update can only be applied to Skidrow packs.

Hello, I also have the same issue and I downloaded Sims 4 Vampire (reloaded) from Skidrow. After I extracted it there was no setup.exe so I copied the contents of the update and the crack to my game but when ever I open my game after the intro pop-up the game gets stuck there. Although, I am using a the Sims 4 deluxe version as my base game and I don't have any previous game pack or expansion pack. I have tried ultimate fix but my game starts up with no game pack or expansion pack. Please I just want to play the Vampire game pack I do not need any other, so can you guys please help me with a solution to my problem
