Post by colleenns on Wed 19 Jul 2017, 09:47

I have all the expansions along with the base game from you and for some reason after fallowing all the instructions and looking up multiple fixes my game still crashes and the loading screens are taking a long time. to go from home to work takes the loading screen about 20 minutes. i have completely tried everything that everyone in other treads have done and fallowed the advice they were given yet nothing. if anyone has any advice or can help in some way please let me know cuz i love you guys and love playing sims 4. thank you

Hello there,

Have you tried starting the game with a fresh sims 4 folder? If you have any mods or a corrupted save, it might load after taking the folder out in Documents.

Is your computer capable of handling the game plus all DLC? Are you playing other games on that same computer, and if yes, how is the performance there? In case of doubt, try giving the procedure here a shot, which describes how to uninstall individual DLC. Smile
