How can I use the gallery? [SOLVED]

Hey, I've downloaded some gallery requests, in which folder do I have to paste the new files so I can use it in the game? I couldn't find another topic with the answer..

Hello,

The Gallery items go under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. Good luck!

dear team, i have same problem regarding this issues,but mine i dont have TRAY folder.where should i look for this folder.thanks

Hi @honey_pink ,

As mentioned by The_gh0stm4n, your tray is found under Documents\EA\The Sims 4. Make sure you start the game at least once for the folder to appear. If you have OneDrive, however, your saved data will be there instead.

The correct location is C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. Also make sure to turn off OneDrive, if you have Windows 10. If you still need further help beyond that, you are more than welcome to open a new topic.
