Two Game Folders.

Post by Paigerino on Fri 09 Feb 2018, 09:49

After installing the base Sims game, Get To Work, Get Together, City Living and the v1.29.69.1020 update, I have two game folders in Program Files (x86)/Sims 4. One is named "Game" and the other is "Game_". I have not renamed any yet, and am wondering which one I edit for step 7 in the instructions?
Game seems to run fine with all expansions working from both folders.
Thanks!

You must have edited the earlier Game folder to Game_ otherwise you would not have these 2 different folders.
You can delete Game_ if you want and continue with Game.

Welcome to the Forum @Paigerino,

Maybe you had an earlier instance of The Sims 4 installed, and somehow the Game_ folder was still there. Either way, if your game is working as is, then it's fine. If you like, you can continue with step #8 of the guide here, if you want more DLC:

Other than that, do you need more help for the moment, or can we mark the topic as "solved"? Smile
