XBOX DEATH. [SOLVED]

I have a question about xbox 360, so i woke up this morning to find the red ring of death, when i have the AV cable hooked up it says E 74 does anybody know how to fix this!

Nice thanks it worked but only for a little bit. Like one hour then i turned it off and back on and DEATH.
