Help with Starlight Shores

Post by khalypsuh on Sat 10 Mar 2012, 13:08

How can I go to the film career in Starlight Shores? I've tried in the computer, it doesn't show up, I can't find the lot in the neighborhood and the game doesn't let me put it either...

Hello,
The plumbob pictures backlot?
Look for it in the community lots bin when you're in edit town mode, it requires a 64x64 lot.

Hello,
When you select the lot from the bin, is the lot you want available at all or does some kind of error come up when you attempt to place it?

Hello,
That's weird. And when you attempt to place it, does anything come up or is it just that it wont go on the lot?

It just won't go. The empty lot icon lights out, and I can't place the lot there. This happened to me before but it was because of the lot type, now I don't know. Is there any other place in starlight shores to join the film career or something?

Hello,

Please wait for Lady ElDi's reply patiently, as she knows more about in-game stuff than me. (I do not play the game)

dude, the only reason u cant place on that lot is because there is 'something' there. Try to 'bulldoze' it first, then choosing "No Visitors Allowed", place the Lot there. Try it.. It worked for me. Very Happy
