Glam Hypnotizer/Seeing stars set :/

Hi.
Ive downloaded this and installed it yet for some reason it isnt showing in my game? It's on the launcher as saying it's installed but when I close the launcher and re-open it says it needs to be installed again, I even tried unistalling all my sims 3 packs and re-installing but still no luck. Any idea what's wrong?

Hello,

We see this problem a lot, start by clearing your cache's like this.
If it still doesn't show up, try installing it with cc magic.

Thanks. It seems to have worked with cc magic but now when I try and load up patterns in game its forever spinning on 'materializing materials' :s
