Showtime will not install?[SOLVED]

I have tried uninstalling the whole thing, re-downloading and reinstalling. But for some reason show time is not showing up as being installed in my game launcher. It shows up in my programs but not in my game. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please do as following:

1. Download and install all the expansions you like.
2. When you finished installing everything, download and apply this manual patch: http://games4theworld.bestgoo.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch
3. After the manual patch finished updating your game, download the latest version of our Ultimate Fix: http://games4theworld.bestgoo.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
4. Open the Fix and open the "# Crack" folder. Drag & drop the .exe and .dll file in there to exactly: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and choose "Replace" on the pop-up that appears, telling you the files already exist.
5. Start the game and let us know the result.

Ok I tried what you said. That was a no go. So what I did was
1) I moved my saved games to my desktop. So I didn't loose them.
2) I uninstalled all my games.
3) I went into my program files and removed all EA/Sims 3 files
4) I reinstalled base game
5) I reinstalled Showtime. This was the only way I can get our PC's to recognize the games are installed.
6) Installed the rest of the expansions I like
7) Installed store content that I wanted
#8 Then updated my game using the manual patch
9) Cracked my game.
10) Put back my saved games.

This was the only way I could get it to show back up and I did not loose my saved games because I saved them to my desktop. Smile Hope this helps anyone else if they have this same problem.
