Disc Authentication Failure! [SOLVED]

Post by libertydriller13 on Sun 20 May 2012, 18:59

Please help me! I have been trying to fix this for a very very long time.
I have The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Ambitions and The Sims 3 World Adventures on disks that I bought. I downloaded Generation, Late Night, and Pets. I didn't apply the cracks to them after I downloaded the, because I was doing it all at once.
I have the ultimate fix downloaded, the newest one.
I downloaded the patch and it is at 1.33.
I watched the video and the fix is extracted to a folder on the desktop.
I moved all of the 2 files in each category to their own folder with the exception of the generations&showtime&pets type one, which I moved to the Sims 3 base game folder.
I made sure it was updated, it it is.
I went to the crack folder and did what the video and the instructions say, I dragged the two folders into the BASE GAME folder, with the launcher closed, but when I try to run it, it says "disc authentication failure: please insert the sims 3 pets disc" or something along those lines. Please help me!

Nevermind everyone, I figured it out on my own. Turns out that I had
another sims 3 folder in the origin games section, so I put everything
in there, and it is working perfectly now! Thanks anyway! (:
