Well, now we know why they didn't put out werewolves at any other time.. They were waiting to add it in this expack.. So with that said, they could just be waiting on a certain algorithm or code to put out "Seasons".. Hell, they may already have 2 or 3 more expacks already developed and just sitting on them, to make more money, or waiting for the right timing.

Yes! i got some info on Sims 3 Seasons!! Very Happy
check it out!

Hailed by fans of The Sims 2 in February 2007, the expansion "Climates" back on November 16, 2012, for The Sims 3. For you, wars snowball, snow in the winter before returning from his country house, water sports in summer or in the pool of your city ... beware of sunburn.

sounds awesome! cant wait 5 days after my birthday!

That's why we use Games4theworld, right?

I play on a laptop... Nothing special, just a multi-media laptop.. And my game runs perfectly so far, with all the expacks, CC, and stuff packs, and all the graphics on the highest settings.. I have noticed though, if you do have a lot of "worlds" loading starts to get longer...

But other than than that my laptop does just fine.

Hmm... I dunno, after the BIG expack Supernatural, 2 months later another BIG expack? Doesn't seem like EA at all.

@Bliss i found a bunch of other country's sims sites before showtime came out, i was on a pure manhunt to find out when it was going to be online but sure enough i downloaded it from Admin, he really stepped it up when it came to getting showtime, less Gb and guaranteed working. (i recently dropped my laptop and ruined my HD... Pause or sighs.. and went from 360GB-..90Gb.. so im without alot of music and games..) So thanks for making the files smaller to download., oh and admin i got some sims games compacted like exp. Generations is almost 5Gb i found it working 80mb, let me know if you want them.

Hello,

I don't they are compressed, but just modified. Left out like all the necessary files, or something like that. You can't choose the language when installing an expansion pack. It installs the language in which you installed your base game.
However, you can always change the language afterwards, via the Registry.

Well im not thinking it's that big of a deal, just a game but i do enjoy them, i already bugged a producer about why we have to wait months for the release of Supernatural and she never said anything, so ill remind her lol but they pretty much don't care about a few peoples opinion considering millions of copies are sold weather people bitch about it or not... :s

I really wish the seasons was in the base game. I haven't been waiting as long as some people, but I feel like I've been waiting forever.

I really wasn't expecting Supernatural. Like Bliss1991 said- it could've just been in Late Nights/Ambitions.

Sigh. Another 4 months....

Re: Sims 3: Supernatural

Post by Layloria on Sun Jul 01, 2012 7:57 am

In Late Night, I'm not quite sure that Supernatural could have fitted into it. Partly because Late Night is about enjoying the night with night clubs and exclusive clubs and actions.

Supernatural could not have fitted into this because Late Night isn't really about Fairies or Werewolves or Witches. Making Potions or cursing sims has no relevance to going to Night Clubs or going to a pool party.

So, in all honesty, I quite respect their decision. Late Night is one of the biggest game files and what Supernatural offers has little relevance to Late Night at all. Separating them is obvious to me and is quite worth a wait. Plus, we've been offered two stuff packs in the meantime.

We wait for games because they need to do some final advertising and its part of the law they have to wait to release something for retail. So they are given a time they are allowed to sell and between the allowance of the legal section and sent for retail, they advertise. So actually, you can't complain if it takes too long, unfortunately, EA can not possibly release the game sooner.

Anyway, back to Supernatural, from what we've seen in trailers and official information plus the secret files from the updates, Supernatural is a game of its own packed like Late Night. They are two different games because they don't really share themes.
I will be looking forward to it. It's the first Sims game I have been excited for ever. That is including the Sims and Sims 2 expansions and Stuff packs plus Sims 3 expansions and stuff packs.
I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Yeah that's true, I understand why they don't place it all in the base game but still .. i'm sort of excited for this supernatural expansion, i'm into this kind of stuff but i'd much rather weather. && i heard the same about the Sims 4, graphics should be much better, anyone interested in the new Sim city ?? it looks good.

Sims 4, is requested by many to have Seasons involved and I agree, if you are going to create a game about life, there is many fears of weather and pathetic fallacy all effect humans.
