Gambling skill and new moodlets don't work. [OBSOLETE]

THIS FIX HAS NOW BECOME OBSOLETE, SINCE THIS FIXES EVERYTHING.
Hello,
If your sims aren't gaining gambling skill, and custom moodlets belonging to premium content aren't showing up, it is because you no longer have a ccmerged.package in your DCbackup folder. Read more about it here.
You can fix this by downloading the package here, and placing it in (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup.
This does not fix the casino itself, you will still have to replace the default objects with the casino objects.
