Game freezes at build/buy mode. [SOLVED]

Another day, another problem.
This started to happen when I installed Pets (from your torrent), I thought uninstalling the problem would go away, but nop, everything is the same
~
When I click in build or buy mode my game freezes and clicking in live nothing happens, after a while I have to force exit.
My mods are absolutely fine, I tested them a few days ago with Delphy's Dashboard. I have no idea what to do next...

Hello,
Did you by any chance use the crack that came with Pets, and are you getting the unofficial game modification error?
This problem will be solved if you use the crack from the fix, and make sure your game version is 1.36.

My game is version 1.36, and YES I'm getting that error, maybe I need to try the fix and /or the manual patch?
