Sims Medieval: Stuck on Create-a-Sim

I know this has been an issue but i cant manage to find anything that solves the problem for macs. I have downloaded the Medieval Sims and added in the no disc fix, and it all worked fine, until i was in the tutorial and it asked me to make a character to be the monarch. The create-a-sim just kept loading, so i decided to pick a pre-made character, but that doesnt work either. Was searching and not much help came up, was wondering if there was anything that can help? or is it something to do with my laptop capabilities? I have a Mac OS X10.6.8 with a processor of 2.53 intel core 2 duo. I honestly have no idea, and would really appreciate some advice Smile

can you let me know what the problem was because i am having this issue right now..just downloaded Midieval and can't play. Gets as far as monarch creator and nothing ever happens

I have it on Windows, randomly occurs when selecting a pre-made sim (bout 30% of the time). No idea how to fix it, I just save before entering CAS.
