sims 3 stuck after buying ground. [SOLVED]

I made a sim family. but when i buy a property the game freezes and closes. i have tried to buy different property's bud it freezes everytime I installed the fix and coppied all the cracks i have all the expentions sorry for my bad english can someone help me

When you start the game, are you getting an error at all?

bij het opstarten krijg ik een melding dat er geen verbinding gemaakt kan worden met origin
en nog een dat er een script fout is (zie afbeelding voor meldingen)

Hallo,
Dat het spel geen verbinding krijgt met Origin is geen probleem.
Deze scriptfout heeft te maken met de launcher, niet met De Sims zelf. Maar doet me wel afvragen of u de "in-game store" heeft uitgezet in de opties. Die kan namelijk ook een crash veroorzaken.

de in game store heb ik net uitgezet, en nog eens geprobeert om een stuk grond te kopen.
maar weer liep hij vast.
en het is ook niet dat ik een te slome laptop heb, want die is pas een half jaar oud en heeft een intel i7 core en qua beeld heb ik nvidia geforce gt540m 2GB.
verder weet ik niet wat er fout kan zijn

ik heb verschillende steden geprobeerd verschillende karakters die er al waren, en die ik zelf heb gemaakt
verschillende gronden gekocht en iedere keer als hij inzoomde op het stuk grond (of het huis wat er al stond) kreeg ik een popup: ''Sims 3 reageert niet meer''
en dan sloot hij af
dus dat gebeurt ook als ik een nieuw spel start
ps. ik heb ook verschillende keren de electronic arts map in mijn documenten verwijderd om te kijken of dat hielp, Niet dus.
