I thought about to fix the computer today by searching for virus if it a false message. But i was too late, the monitor displayed nothing at all. Please help me with this problems. And if u know a good solution that won't deleting any files on my computer. Oh it's my Window 7.

Hello,

Sounds like you have a got a nasty Virus on your PC. You can try to clean it up, using different kinds of software. (For example try SpyBot S&D: http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html and of course BitDefender's online virusscanner: http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html )

But what I always do after I've got a virus: backup all your important files and then reinstall Windows.

Hello,

It doesn't turn on at all? Well, I would say, check your cables if they're connected correctly, but I don't think that's the problem.

I think you should visit a specialized PC store to see if they know what is causing the problem. You could also try to connect an other monitor.

This happened when the computer crashed and the computer restarted unexpectantly. Then the screen turn black pitch after restart, I've been checked the cable a lot and it conected correctly, but it still doesn't seem to work.( I don't have any other moniter) I think the virus did this.
