insert disk/game bin.[SOLVED]

i recently downloaded both katy perry sweet treats and supernatural.I see on my launcher that its updated and shows there on my game but a pop up shows up and says "insert supernatural disk" idont have the sims/game bin.

all my ther expansion packs i have bought myself,including my base game.

You should have sims/game bin.

A Typical Installation should be like C:\Program Files\EADM\The Sims 3\Game\Game\Bin, or C:\Program Files (x86)\EADM\The Sims 3\Game\Game\Bin

Mine is F:\The Sims 3\Base Game\Game\Bin, because I did a custom install, So I'm not totally sure on the actually path it would be.

Search for TS3W.exe and you should see a few places, and one of them will be the game\bin folder.

So if you need more help with finding it let us know.

i did (C:)Program Files (x86) Electronic Arts EADM and placed the TS3W and TSLHost.dll in there but i still keep getting the disk is needed pop up.

O.o then it should be fine.

Can you post a screenshot of you bin? Just mainly need the bottom so scroll down all the way and do a screenshot.

What folders are in there? Or where is your game installed at? Typical installation or Custom?

there all installed through origin

What folder is the TS3W.exe in? Do a screenshot of that.

Problem: Mainly different install point for the game.
Solution: Re-install to the same folder.

Hello,

Well uhh you didn't have to reinstall the game at all. The solution would've simply been to copy the crack to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and that would've been it.
But anyway, don't hesitate to post if you have questions or problems again.
