No shoes

my sims wears no shoes to work is this because of some bad custom content if so does anybody no what it is I have mods but I just added them to try and stop crashing from my season game I now believe it something wrong with seasons that causes crashing during cas mode and building mode but the shoe thing is something else I tried to put shoes on my sims but it says default career outfits cannot be edited.The mods I have are naras overwatch and error trap that I put in my mods file folder with my other package files to try to help also with error 12 I have done what I see here for error 12 and crashing but this shoe thing I can't found anything on it and it is one more thing to make me not wnat to play so any help would be great Thank you for help

Hello,
The careeroutfit is random, it's very well possible that your sim simply goes barefoot because that's how the game generated his careeroutfit.
You should see the weird combinations the game comes up with. You can try to add a secondary careeroutfit and have your sim use that to go to work.
